Image Delivery

• Watermarked raw images will be shared within 2–3 days for final selection.

• Final edited images will be delivered within 7–10 working days.

• Raw images are not provided.

• Additional images (raw or edited) may be purchased, with bundle discounts available.

• An online cloud photo gallery is available for download and sharing at no additional cost for 3 months.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• A $100 deposit is required to confirm the appointment; the remaining balance must be paid in full before the session's commencement on the day of the shoot.

• Cancellations or rescheduling must be requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled session.

• Requests made within 72 hours will result in the deposit being non-refundable, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your session starts.

• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation of the session, with the deposit retained due to scheduling and lighting constraints.

Guest Policy

• A $30 fee applies for each additional guest who will be part of the session.

• Extra guests must be discussed and approved in advance.

• Only individuals included in the shoot are allowed in the studio.

• For minors, only their legal guardians or parents may accompany them; no other guests are permitted during the session.

• Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.

Additional Charges & Policies

• Travel charge: $30 (applicable for outdoor sessions).

• New setups or themes may be available at additional cost with 2–3 weeks' advance notice.

• Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Additional Information

• Outfits are not included unless specifically mentioned.

• The studio is located upstairs in Union Park, Little Elm.

• No shoes allowed inside the studio to maintain hygiene protocols.

• No personal videography or photography is permitted inside the studio.

• Session durations are estimated; baby’s comfort is prioritized, so sessions may extend if needed.

• Additional requests must be communicated at least 24 hours before the session and may incur extra fees.
